One Pair Of 12" Sliding Gate Top Guide Roller Hard Rubberized With 1 3/8" x 1/8" Steel Weld On Mounting Bracket

12" Roller Assemblies Are Made Up Of Two 6" Guide Rollers Allowing Extra Bearings At The Center For Additional Support. Will Not Crack Or Bend Like A Single 12" Roller.

These Guide Rollers Use Ball Bearings Top, Center & Bottom For Smooth Operation With Minimum Lubrication

Top Guide Rollers are used for the inside & outside of a sliding gate to support the top of the gate and keep it upright. They allow smooth operation of the sliding gate as it rolls between the guide rollers. Premium quality guide rollers allow smooth operation with no squeaking, squealing, bouncing or vibration of gate, and are extremely important to the smooth operation of any electrically operated sliding gate (as are good quality v-groove wheels). Guide rollers like any moving part, must be occasionally lubricated with a light spray lube depending on the amount of operations the gate has per day (usually once a year would be adequate).

Each guide roller assembly measures 11 7/8" roller length x 2 3/8" in roller diameter, with the bracket and axle bolts assembled it measures 13 1/2" long x 3" total space from the mounting post to the gate. Since the axle bolt has myloc nuts on both ends it can be removed from the top or the bottom for replacement purposes. If you have any questions regarding this item feel free to contact us for an answer.

Listing includes two pre-assembled guide roller units:

  • 2 = 11 7/8" x 2 3/8" (total roller length) Hardened rubberized guide roller with ball bearings top, center & bottom
  • 2 = 1 3/8" x 1/8" x 12 3/8" long steel weldable & paint-able mounting bracket
  • 2 = 1/2" x 13 1/2" Removable axle bolt with washers and myloc nuts at both ends
  • All are totally pre-assembled as shown in photos

NOTE: Most sliding gates use two guide rollers per gate, one on the outside of the gate, one on the inside of the gate. If your guide rollers require replacement you may want to change both at the same time and for new installations you are almost certainly going to want two guide rollers. This listing is for one pair (two complete guide roller assemblies).
